The Forge is JR's pastoral mentorship cohort.
The name comes from an ancient blacksmith shop where iron is heated, hammered, and shaped. That’s a picture of what we do together. We gather around the table to grow, learn, and sharpen one another.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17
We talk honestly about ministry, leadership, and life.
We learn from Scripture and from one another.
And we challenge each other to become all that God has called us to be.

Creating trusted relationships where we can be honest, ask difficult questions, and help one another remain healthy and faithful.

Developing leaders who develop leaders and churches that reproduce the life and mission of Jesus.
